Relaxed Performances of The Mousehole Cat 2023
What changes have we made to make our performance "Relaxed"?
  • Keep our house lights (that light up the audience) on throughout the performance

  • Create a "quiet space" away from the performance area

  • Allow all audience members to leave and come back at any time during the performance

  • Remove any sudden light or sound changes (including loud bangs)

  • Ensure our venue has a wheelchair friendly lift and two accessible toilets both with baby changing facilities

Please be aware that we will be using the same set, props, puppet and the majority of the costumes photographed below however there are now new cast members (see below).

Access to the Solomon Browne Memorial Hall

Access is on the Ground Floor. A lift provides access for wheelchair-users.
The hall has a wheelchair available for hall users. The hall is fitted with an induction loop for hearing aid users and there are braille signs throughout the building and on the stair rails for those with sight loss. There are two accessible toilets on the Second Floor, both with baby changing facilities. The Solomon Browne Hall is situated at the end of a residents only car park on Duck Street in the centre of Mousehole. Duck Street is a pedestrianised street from the harbour, however "drop off" can be arranged immediately outside the main entrance to the building. There is no available car parking outside of the hall. Audience members must park in the village. Please allow plenty of time to park and walk to the hall.

If you have specific access needs or will be using a wheelchair please contact us.

Our Ticketing

All attendees must purchase a ticket. All of our tickets (for any age and any performance) are between £18 and £12 (no booking fee). We have around 90 seats available per performance and these are sold on a first-come-first-served basis. Booking essential.
